Our work falls into 3 categories:
Education
Through social media posts, flyers, presentations, and activities, we seek to empower young people to make informed decisions about their heart health and mental health.
Service
By partnering with campus, local, and national organizations, we work to meet the needs of other health-based organizations through group service projects.
Outreach
We strive to be a strong support system for all students on Rocky Top through small activities meant to brighten each person's day.
Education
Education about the issues of heart disease and mental health remain some of our strongest weapons against these public health threats. By educating students and children on these issues, we will give audiences actionable steps to take care of their health. Potential educational activities include:

Educational programs for nearby elementary schools
Handing out brochures and informational literature
Presentations on heart health and mental health to other organizations or classes

Service
With empathy being one of our core values, service and bettering the lives of others are at the heart of our mission. Through various group service projects, we work to help others lead more fulfilled and happy lives. Potential service activities include:

Working field day/physical activity events at elementary schools
Writing letters to those facing difficult times
Making blankets for women's shelters
Outreach
We exist as an organization to support others. Through outreach, we use both small and large-scale acts to address relevant health issues. Outreach may include:

Coordinating free heart health screenings on campus
Writing letters of gratitude to faculty and staff
Raising money to cover the basic needs of students
